Lightweight summer kids shorts with integrated insect repellent
The Kid’s Peggy Trouser by Craghoppers are, with a material blend of linen and cotton, wonderfully attractive, lightweight summer trousers for long hot days outdoors. But because there are also all sorts of blood-sucking six to eight-legged parasites from the insect world out and about in summer (in our area mostly mosquitoes and ticks), these kid’s shorts have a trick up their sleeve: the NosiBotanical coating on the fabric yarn. This is an insect repelling active ingredient that is based on natural, plant material and is integrated into the fibres. It stays in the material for 15-20 wash cycles and ensures that the minute pests leave little explorers alone.
